Year Life – Terms of Service
1. Eligibility & Agreement
Students must be 13 years or older (students under 18 require parental or guardian consent). Your enrolment contract consists of: Program Inclusions, Fees & Payment Terms, and these Terms of Service.

2. Program Inclusions
Your enrolment provides access to: Online learning modules and video lessons; Group coaching calls and weekly Q&A; sessions (recorded for later access); Specialist guest sessions across different career pathways; Interactive workbooks, tools, templates, and AI dashboards; Student and parent communities for support and accountability; Ongoing updates and additional resources as released. Some features (e.g., live coaching, guest sessions) may be time-limited as confirmed in
your enrolment email.
3. Commencement & Duration
Enrolment commences on the later of: (1) The date you accept these Terms, or (2) The date your first payment is received. Enrolment continues until terminated under Section 10.

4. Access & Licence
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access Program content for personal educational use. You may not copy, resell, or publicly share any Program content without written permission.

5. Conduct & Behaviour
We require all participants to: Treat staff, coaches, and other students with respect and kindness; Avoid disruptive, offensive, or antisocial behaviour; Maintain constructive, supportive communication in all Program spaces. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate enrolment for breach of conduct.

6. Fees & Payment
Fees must be paid as per your selected payment plan. Payment options include upfront or
instalments, as agreed at enrolment. Failure to pay instalments may result in suspension or
cancellation of access.

7. Refunds & Cancellation
30-Day Refund Guarantee: You may request a full refund within the first 30 days of enrolment if you are not satisfied with the Program. After 30 days, all fees are non-refundable except where required by law. After the first 90 days, you may cancel enrolment with 60 days’ written notice. The Program renews monthly unless cancelled in writing. Implementation/setup fees (if any) are non-refundable.

8. Support & Service Levels
Support is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (AEST). We aim for 99.9% uptime for the Year Life platform, excluding planned maintenance. If downtime exceeds 30 minutes, a credit may be applied at our discretion.

9. Intellectual Property
All Program content, branding, AI tools, and resources remain the property of Year Life Pty Ltd. You are granted access for personal educational use only. You may not use Program content to build or promote competing products or services.

10. Termination
Your enrolment may be terminated: By You – Full refund if cancelled within the first 30 days; cancellation with 60 days’ written notice after the initial 90-day period. By Us – Immediate termination if you fail to pay fees, breach these Terms, or misuse Program content. Termination ends your access to all Program materials, coaching, and communities.

11. No Guarantees
Year Life provides education, tools, and support but does not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., career placement, earnings, or personal results). Outcomes depend on your individual effort, engagement, and external factors.

12. Compliance & Privacy
All participants must comply with applicable education, data, and privacy laws. We collect and use your personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles and GDPR. By enrolling, you consent to this use for Program delivery and support.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Year Life Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from Program participation. Our total liability is limited to the amount of fees you paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.

14. General Provisions
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be
handled in NSW courts. We may update these Terms; continued participation means you accept the updated version.
